Workout vs 7hrs of sleep?
My schedule with work is often 16 hours a day for multiple days in a row. For example, I was free at 9p but need to be out the door again at 3:30a. I worked out from 9p-10:15p and will get about 4 hours of sleep. When my schedule is like this is it better to still do a long workout or switch to a shorter workout? Or focus on sleep? My goal currently is to keep going after the TDF Hypertrophy Sessions. What does everyone else do?
