Finally, Losing 10 lbs in 5 weeks while suffering a back injury
Hey guys, I wanted to share a big win with you guys today. The last year has been a huge challenge. I had severe back pain, nerve tingling, etc and it had impaired me from moving around. Thankfully in June, one of the doctors said it is better to be in pain while moving around than be in pain while staying still. That was my cue. It was difficult to start. I started with 10 minutes of walking a day. It hurt, but I wanted to get rid of all the fat I collected over the last year. I knew one thing - my goal - To lose 13 lbs by October 31st. I never imagined it was possible. But, one by one things aligned. I noticed certain foods that would pull me back. I removed those from my diet. Step by step I started losing weight. I never thought I would get here. But I hit a major milestone today. You guys have been amazing and so supportive - so I wanted to share my joy with you guys. Hope this inspires someone going through a hard day today. Keep going! You can do this ๐ฅ P.S. - It was not a well-drafted message because I was sharing this in the moment.
