I've learned something over the years in my personal life and in business: The people who grow the fastest are the ones who seek out honest feedback; even when it's uncomfortable. Even if it hurts a bit. I used to avoid hard conversations. I'd sugarcoat things to keep the peace. And you know what happened? Nothing changed. I stayed stuck. The people around me stayed stuck. The moment I started asking for radical honesty: from my wife, my partners, my mentors, my friends; everything changed. It made me a better husband. A better friend. A better builder. A better man. The people who love you will tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. And the people who win? They seek that out. Honest feedback is a gift.
