Question about the wheels
Hi everyone! 😊 Just checking whether I'm missing something. As I was filling in the wheels, I noticed there are 8 sections on the wheels themselves but 9 headings on them and in the PDF, and the headings/descriptions don't seem to line up with the labels on the wheel. Did anyone else find this confusing, or have I overlooked something? I can always make my own graph instead, but I wanted to check first in case I'm reading it wrong. Thanks!

I think Lynne was editing this as it was wrong. @Lyne Tilt is this still being edited?
Late to arrive but happy to be here!
Hey all :) My name is Tash and I have finally caught up with the start of this program. I thought I should join in on the introductions. I am living in Brisbane, originally from Perth. I moved over here about a year ago to chase the dream of bringing accessible creative experiences to the community AND myself! It is a dream that is unfolding slowly every passing day. I've focused a lot on the community and am now ready to point the spotlight of intention on my own practice as an artist. Generally, I like to make art with all sorts of things, but my comfort zone/specialty is coloured pencil drawings. Specifically portrait drawings. I have been exploring portraiture more intentionally in recent weeks and am finding myself falling in love with drawing people in person during my meetup events. I'm hoping to get from this community some sense that I'm not alone in this dream of taking my art seriously, but also just a LOT of accountability. The sheer amount of structure here is making it impossible for me to back away from. I've got no excuses now! Also, extra reading if anyone is interested: I answered the questions from the Clarity module slides (I've just finished watching the catch-up zoom that I missed from last night) and thought I'd share... What do I value? Above all, I value connection. Art is the bridge that allows me to connect with others - not just through the finished piece, but through the act of creating it together. I also value authentic freedom: the freedom to be fully myself in both my creativity and my relationships, without compromising who I am. What’s important right now? Right now, it's important that my creative practice brings me closer to people rather than separating me from them. I don't want to create in isolation and present the finished result later—I want connection to be part of the process itself. When I draw people live, the artwork becomes something we create together. The lines on the page belong not only to me, but to the energy we shared in that moment.

Hi Tash, I love you work. It's stunning. I have a very good friend who also sketches at meet ups. Her sketchbook work is beautiful. You should look her up. https://www.instagram.com/rachel_dioso_villa_art?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw== I look forward to getting to know you and welcome to Brisbane!
Hi and nice to meet you!
I'm Abbie an abstract painter from Brisbane. I paint to bring calm to myself and the homes my paintings live in. I grew up in my mother’s art studio and have been painting and drawing all my life. I've exhibited in lots of galleries across australia and been a finalist in numerous art prizes which is how I've ended up in this group. I won highly commended at the Revival art and design art prize this year and this coaching was part of my prize! I've been in and around Studio on Brunswick since almost the beginning, have held two solo shows and been a part of a few group exhibitions. My paintings are deeply intertwined with my own personal experiences through love, loss and human connection. I have a fascination with movement and our interactions with it and continually explores this through the use of fluid pigments. My choice to use raw canvas with acrylic paint creates dreamy evocative scenes, encouraging us to stop and exhale. You can find me on instagram at @abbie_white_art or on my website www.abbiewhiteart.com
