I usually take a few deep breaths, tune out the noise completely to help myself regulate (I have a history of anxiety and depression from my ADHD), then I move on to do whatever would give me the quickest win for the day (the objective of the day, week, or month).

Hi. My name is Aadhar and I'm new to this community. I've been training in various martial arts for about 15 years now but I've been recovering from some nagging injuries over the past year and have been forced to restart my training as a complete beginner again to accommodate my body's current state.
