Fitness Test: This Weekend
Hey guys! Part of this challenge is to complete a fitness test in the beginning and end of the 8 weeks. We will be doing the Beep Test or Pacer Test - (a 20m shuttle run test). This will be used to assess aerobic fitness, specifically cardiovascular endurance. Ideally, we’d like as many people as possible to complete this test together. Vote below for the time this weekend that works best! Majority will win.
