Hi team, I have created a 12 month campaign with the help of AI, here is the sample of the second mailer, just wanted to share it with all of you. Remember this is tailored to that specific neighborhood, but you can always give ChatGPT information about the community you want to start farming and it will target your main avatar. My strategy is to position myself as the expert that brings solutions depending on their unique situation. So far ChatGPT has been the best AI for this, hope this helps!

This is a win for me! Got off the strategy call with @Kevin Jimeno @Lissette Cedeno and @Sharon Gandy and immediately got to work! No seller leads but talked to agents that get fixers and will be following up periodically to stay top of mind.
