After taking a long break (almost two years), I'm "re"launching 🚀 my real estate business in 2026 🎆. I have done mail campaigns in the past, but not like this, so I am looking forward to learning the "new" way of doing it. I plan to attend the Office Hours session tomorrow or Monday and get things started. Anyone have any pointers from their own experience taking a long break and restarting?

@Ryan Hartman is there a way to send to a single absentee owner without setting up a CSV for only one (of very few) absentee owners? When manually adding do I put "absentee" on custom1 and Property address on Custom2?

I met someone recently who used a lead-magnet QR code on their mailer and achieved a 3% conversion rate — capturing both emails and estimate requests. I didn’t want to pry, so I didn’t ask any questions about it 😭 Does thanks.io offer something similar? or have any case studies showing how well QR-code lead magnets have worked for direct mail campaigns?
