Earlier we wrapped up Cynthia’s leadership call and I had to bring this back to the community to make sure we are governing ourselves accordingly. These are the three things she stressed. First—what’s your message? We’ve got to stop leading with travel all the time. Travel is amazing, but what really opens people up is saving money and daily pay. That’s what gets attention right now. Second—are you talking to the right person? If you’re sharing daily pay, you should be talking to people who want extra income… networkers, side hustlers, opportunity seekers. And when it comes to travel, our sweet spot is people who wantto travel more but feel like they can’t afford to. That’s where we win. And third—retention. We’re not just building, we’re building forward. That means helping the people who join actually use the membership, love the membership, and become raving fans. No backtracking—just growth.
