Landing that Salesforce career, is still attainable, but I feel we need to change the road map a little. Employers are looking for candidates that can hit the road running or do not need as much ramp up time. It's challenging. So how do we meet that need. How do we utilize the skills we have to show the value we pack from the get go. And how can we build the skill to be confident when applying.
