“What should I write about?” But I think there’s a much more powerful place to start. What transformation do you help people achieve? Because if you’re a coach, you already have something valuable to say. You have a process, a philosophy, a way of thinking. A transformation you’ve helped your clients achieve again and again. There are questions that come before "What do I want to write about?” · What transformation do I want my reader to experience?” · Who is that transformation for? · What problem are they trying to solve? · What do they need to understand, believe or do differently? · What do you know that could genuinely help them? · How can your book give them a taste of the transformation you already deliver through your work? Because your business book shouldn’t simply tell people what you know. It should show them how you think and demonstrate your expertise. It should build trust and create connection, and leave the right reader thinking, “I want to know more.” That’s the power of writing the transformation you teach. Your book becomes more than another piece of content. It becomes an extension of your coaching, your expertise and your business. Write the transformation. Share your expertise. Grow your business.
