My 10 frustrations by Skool community owners. 1. "I run a paid community... and if I am being honest, I am actually disappointed in the lack of engagement in my group. It seems like most members use it as a forum to interact with me, but not anyone else." 2.I'm desperately trying everything I can to get our members attention to join this group... It's not working. What should I do? How can I get yall to engage with other members post?"[1] 3 "Is your community 'ghosting' your best ideas? Ever had a brilliant insight pop up in your community... [only to face] crickets? A few likes. Nobody really bites. 4 "I feel like a clown performing for an empty room.I try to ask simple questions, I try to change up my strategy, but when you spend months talking completely to yourself, your energy just dies. How am I supposed to stay motivated when my community doesn't care if I exist?" 5 "I run a paid membership, and the lack of engagement gives me massive anxiety. I feel like a fraud taking their money when the community feed is a graveyard. I’m constantly terrified they’re all going to mass-cancel on me because they realize absolutely nothing is happening in here." 6 "I put so much heart into my launch. People joined, and then... absolute silence. Now I’m completely paralyzed. I want to post, but I'm terrified of hearing crickets again. It’s a vicious cycle—the quieter it gets, the more hopeless I feel, and the more I just want to walk away." 7 "It is incredibly embarrassing to post an exciting announcement, look back 48 hours later, and see '0 views, 0 comments, 0 likes.' I feel like a substitute teacher trying to get an empty classroom to pay attention to me. It makes me question if I even know what I’m talking about." 8 "Moving my people to Skool was the biggest mistake I made. On Facebook, they at least saw my stuff in their feed. Here, it’s a struggle just to get them to log in. They feel like outsiders and get lost immediately. I’ve tried everything and I’m completely stuck."
