💛Hey Sis… are you tired? Not just physically tired… Soul tired. The kind of tired that sleep can’t fix. Transition has a way of draining you in places you didn’t even know could become empty. ~ You’re making hard decisions. ~ You’re carrying responsibilities. ~You’re trying to heal while still showing up for everyone else. ~You’re trusting God while waiting on prayers to be answered. And somewhere along the way… You forgot that you need care too! Exhaustion isn’t always a sign that you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it’s a sign you’ve been carrying things God never asked you to carry. You’ve been strong for so long that people assume you’re okay. But God never intended for you to carry every burden by yourself. Sis, hear this today: ~ Rest is not quitting. ~ Rest is not laziness. ~ Rest is an act of faith. When you choose to rest, you’re saying, “God, I trust You to keep working even while I recover.” You don’t have to earn rest. It’s a gift from the One who knows exactly how weary you’ve become. 📖 “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Take a deep breath today. ~ Release the pressure to have it all together. ~ Release the guilt of slowing down. ~ Release the belief that your worth is tied to your productivity. God isn’t impressed by how exhausted you are. He’s inviting you to lay your burdens at His feet. 💛 Reflection Question: What have you been carrying that God is asking you to surrender so you can finally experience His rest? Remember, Sis… You don’t have to burn yourself out trying to prove your value. Your value was established long before your performance ever was. Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and receive God’s strength for your next chapter. 💛
