One of the benefits of this group is that you get to participate in Coaching Practice sessions in a warm, friendly and encouraging environment. These coaching sessions give you the chance to hone your skills, try out new models and techniques and also for those of you working towards your ICF ACC or ICF PCC they are an opportunity to gain your coaching hours. Plus of course you get to be the client as well as the coach and grow and develop both personally and professionally. These coaching sessions run for 1.5 hours. Sometimes several of you attend and other times it’s just one or two people. Yesterday there was one person on each session which meant we couldn’t go ahead because they had no one to coach. Because of this we will move to an RSVP model where you save your spot and we match you with your coaching partner ahead of time. You’ll then commit to coming along because you will know that someone else is looking forward to working with you. But first, I want to know are these coaching sessions useful for you? Do you intend participating in them in the future?
