So today on the agenda is testing out a new strategy that i thought of, what if instead of sending regular "cold" sms messages, i sent personalized voice clips instead ? That way they will know that i am a real person instead of just some add scam. Also that way i would be avoiding the rules with regards to sms numbers getting marked as spam or ending up in that folder. What do you guys think about this ? I will post regarding the results after today. Why not try it.

Ok people today is going to be a cold call fest, got access to my CRM back yesterday spent the evening running skip trace pulling and preparing lists and setting up my google voice account etc, ran through some practice calls this morning and i am ready to dig into it ! Also going to start officially tracking my KPIS daily from now on, todays goal is to make 145 calls and get at least one maybe and one no, either one actually just a definitive answer and confirmation i was speaking with the right person and calling the right number shout out to @Drew Black im going to be hitting Huntsville today LEEEETTTTS GOOOOOO

What do i do if the owner is in for life for murdering his wife who is the other owner - do i try to reach out to him in prison? Should i write him a letter and tell him the situation and make an offer ? Im gonna do it lol crazy lol

Who in here regularly pulls the tax rolls and gets the tax delinquency list for their county? I'm curious how many of you actually do this every year?
