341 New LinkedIn Members Reached
Last week I thought to increase my prospect outreach effort but I never thought I would get this huge results in such short time! The LinkedIn Post AI (LPA) I created copying @Jonathan Acuna's tutorial started running on Thursday the 6th. The mod (my version) was started a little past midnight Friday and was fully running on auto since Saturday morning posting 6 times in 18 hours a day. Since the launch the LinkedIn (LI) impressions increased to 1,372 for weekly total which is over 500% increase compare to the week prior. Also 341 new reaches to LI members (over 750% increase compare to the prior week). Of course, I've started posting on LI less than two weeks ago, so the % increase is really convoluted. But the increases in quantity of impressions and reaches is remarkable considering how simple the AI solution is. In Jonathan's tutorial, he explains in detail how the LPA functions: 1. You load a Google Sheet (s) with topics you want to post on LI. 2. A custom copywrite ChatGPT writes a short post that is output in JSON 3. In Make, JSON is parsed for the other custom ChatGPT to consume. 4. A custom prompt generator ChatGPT writes a prompt for DALL-E to generate an image related to the topics 5. A custom DALL-E ChatGPT generates images from the received prompt 6. Buffer posts the content with image in my LI account 7. Make orchestrate the flow. This was pretty cool. (See the first image titled "Post Generator from Topic"). Now I wanted something more with contents. 1. I created five ChatGPT prompt-generating post contents in JSON on five different topics. 2. I load them on to a GS mixed (this will be automated in next phase) 3. Make searches for new content from the GS pass the content body to the next step 4. A custom prompt generator ChatGPT writes a prompt for DALL-E to generate an image related to the topics 5. A custom DALL-E ChatGPT generates images from the received prompt 6. Buffer posts the content with image in my LI account 7. Make updates the row that was used to prevent repost 8. Make is scheduled to run every three hours and orchestrate the flow.

Let’s gooo! Super powers! Now you have a content machine that brings you traffic and leads on autopilot!
It's been six weeks...
since I committed myself to build a successful AAA and joined this community to learn and act. This week was a bit of gloom, much like the rainy weather here in Southern California. It just wasn’t a productive week. Maybe it was because Don and Yalovy’s decision to “postpone” using the AI Chatbot for their rental property website citing their needs for more time to learn about the rental property business. After all, they’ve been operating for just seven months. Maybe it was because of self-realization that I was just listing tasks to finish for the sake of finishing them. Filling out 16-hour workdays for 5 days a week looked productive, but I was putting aside the reason I was doing this: MAKING MONEY, A WHOLE LOT OF IT!!! 💸💸💸 Or maybe I’m a bit burnt out. In the past 6 weeks, the conservative estimate of time I spent in AI was about 500 hours. Staring into three screens, adding more strain on my body, adding more to the learning debt. At the end of six weeks, I learned a lot, now I have got to crank up making money. Coincidentally, I got to watched @Jonathan Acuna live on YouTube and learned how he was putting a massive action in posting 6 shorts on three social media platforms while going live two three times a day while coaching his clients all to fulfill his commitment to “Teach 1 million People AI”! Unlike me, Jonathan is doing it smart by fully utilizing productivity tools, a horde of ChatGPT assistants, and meticulous management of his time. Next day, I barfed on my clumsily color-coded calendar spreadsheet and flushed it down in the toilet. I pulled back to realize I have piles of paperwork, digital images, word docs and pdfs, plans, to-dos, et cetera, et cetera. I needed to step back, take a deep breath, unclutter and reorganize to put forth two things: Outreach and Learning. I made two new AI automations: one for my son and another for myself, a LinkedIn Post AI. Although getting over the nuances and kinks of the tool consumes much development time, I feel confident building GOOD chatbots and automations.

How do you guys get clients?
Hey guys. I'm Suhail and I own a marketing agency that helps businesses build an online presence. I have around 3 clients now and life's pretty good. But I wanna improve. Where do I get more clients from? The 3 clients I have right now was found through mutual connections. So I can't really expand on that. Your ideas on how I could get more clients would be very helpful. Thank you. Happy new year btw. Have a good one boys.

Paid ads: Instagram/Facebook with a irresistible offer and automated email follow-up sequence. Linkedin sales navigator is great too for cold outbound DMs with a irresistible offer. Lastly networking at local business events or chamber of commerce events.

It's been five weeks...
since I committed myself to build a successful AAA and joined this community to learn and act. My fifth week: 35 days have passed, and today’s the last day of February 2025. The most exciting part of the week was when I got a call from my friend for whom I built the demo chatbot. Yalovy and Don said they were surprised, they liked the demo, and we’ll meet for a discussion this Sunday. Yay! 🎉🎉🎉 Spending family time at the beach last Sunday was another highlight! 🏖️ The water was still wintery cold, but the weather was just perfect: not cold and not hot. Thanks, global warming! 🤪 As for my work, I spent majority of time working on webinar (or seminar) materials and sales funnel processes and artifacts. Next large item was publishing three articles on Medium and LinkedIn. Thanks to so many developments in AI technology, I won’t run out of topics. But even with AI assistants, it still eats up enormous amounts of time. I estimate around 14 hours for three publications. Then I see someone like @Brendan Jowett ’s short and long form contents in Youtube and LinkedIn and go ‘whoaaaaa….” 😊 SHOUT OUTS: Thanks for helping out: @Steve Hong and @Holmes Vera @Jonathan Acuna, @Brendan Jowett , @Taylor Overton, and @Tim Weatherseed for being my inspirations! Special recognition to @Jonathan Acuna for his commitment to "Teach 1 Million People AI"!!! 🦾🦾🦾🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️ WINS: First appointment with warm market prospect Got my library card again, talked to a librarian about my seminar and how to book a free meeting room, etc. Got account on meetup only to I find @Jonathan Acuna actively hosting webinars. Way to go Johnathan! Published 3 articles on Medium and LinkedIn Worked on LinkedIn connections: 8 new connections Identified the venues: 5 Public Libraries
