Introduction promo.
I tried editing my video, but I'm not sure how it looks; I'm sorry if I said anything that wasn't relevant, I'm still new to recording these videos.

I can tell you're getting more comfortable in front of a camera. BUT, I'm still getting Daniel and NOT Asher. It is still you talking about being a manager. It's not Asher BEING a manager. If that makes sense. Show me some personality. Entertain. Also, be careful of your composition within the camera frame and make eye contact with the camera lens. That comes through to the viewing audience.

New Premium Referee Course Now Available!
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of referees at different stages of their journey. Some were stepping into the ring for the first time. Some had years of experience and were looking to sharpen their skills. One thing I've learned is that refereeing is a lot deeper than most people realize. The best referees aren't just counting to three. They're building trust. They're managing situations. They're helping create a better experience for everyone involved. That's why I put together the Premium Referee Course. This isn't about shortcuts. It's about developing the habits, mindset, professionalism, and skills that help referees continue growing throughout their careers. If you're a referee, I'd encourage you to work through the course at your own pace and take notes along the way. Drop a comment below and tell us: What is one area of refereeing you are currently trying to improve and how are you accomplishing it? Let's learn from each other and help raise the standard together. Poll Question: What area of refereeing are you currently focused on improving most?

Premium Referee Course Accountability Thread
You've Made It This Far. Now What? Finishing the course is not the accomplishment. Applying it is. Knowledge is valuable. Execution is what creates opportunities. A lot of referees never struggle because they lack information. The info is everywhere. They struggle because they never consistently apply what they've learned. This thread is where theory becomes action. Your Next Step: Post your response below using this format: 1. The biggest area I am committed to improving:(Not what you're interested in. What actually needs work.) 2. The standard I am setting for myself:(What does improvement look like in measurable terms?) 3. The action I will take in my next booking:(One specific thing you will intentionally focus on.) 4. My 90-day development goal:(What skill, habit, or area of performance are you committed to improving over the next three months?) 5. What I want to be known for as a referee:(When wrestlers, promoters, and other referees talk about you, what do you want them to say?) The Standard: Be honest. Be specific. Be accountable. Vague goals create vague results. Clear goals create progress. Why This Matters: Professional growth does not happen by accident. Referees who improve the fastest are the ones who regularly evaluate their performance, identify weaknesses, and make deliberate adjustments. The goal is not perfection. The goal is continuous improvement. Every booking is an opportunity to sharpen your craft. Every match is feedback. Every event is another chance to build trust and credibility. Referees are judged long before the final bell. Your preparation. Your professionalism. Your consistency. Your reputation. Those things compound over time. Commit to your next step below. Then go earn the reputation you're building. Poll Question: After completing the Premium Referee Course, what is your primary focus moving forward?

Social Media
If you’re not good at networking your self how do you go about it? I know there a social media course on here but I haven’t gotten that far. I was wondering how do most people network themselves???

Networking can be difficult if you're not sure what to do. Meet people, build relationships, have a genuine interest in helping them. The best way to achieve your own goals is to help others achieve theirs. Like Adam said, when you go to shows and events, meet people, find out about them, what do they do, link up on social media. Then stay in contact, build rapport. Then when you make your marketing attempts to advertise what you do, they'll see it and have a face to place with the name. I mean, there is more to it than that, but that's the gist of it.

@Adam Acevedo Absolutely! It builds over time. I see too many give up early because they don't see an immediate return on the effort.
