You're undercharging. Probably by a lot.
Been sifting through a bunch of data this week and a common ask keeps popping up. Think about the last quote you sent. Or the one you're about to send.. Now be honest. Did you land on that number because you worked it out, or because it felt like the most you could get away with asking? Almost everyone is doing the second one. That's why "what do I charge" is the question I see more than any other. Underneath it there's usually a quieter one: how does Morningside AI sell projects at the numbers it does, when I'm over here quoting four figures. At Morningside we had to learn it too and it wasn't a better product or a bigger team. It was a tweak in our sales process. Scope of projects never changed. Yet our projects scaled from 5-10k builds all the way up to six-figure deals. So here's my question to you. Take the project you'd quote at 2k today. What changes if that exact project goes out at 6k? Not more work. Not a bigger build. The same thing, priced properly. What would that change for your business? For your life? If you want to start signing bigger deals, book a session with a member of our team. They'll find the gaps in your sales approach and show you where your number should actually be. We've already helped hundred of members make the same shift. I've dropped some screenshots below, have a look. Ask yourself why not you. → [BOOK A SESSION AND DISCOVER HOW TO PRICE YOUR PROJECTS THE RIGHT WAY] Nico.

@Mouldi Nouri The higher amount is the PERCEIVED VALUE of what you can do for them. The value of a glass of water to a thirsty man who hasn't had a drink in days in a hot + dry desert is DIFFERENT to a man already in the supermarket where he has a huge range of water/drinks to choose from! 😃🌊🔥

Hey, I saw this in the AAA Accelerator and wanted to share it with you all. @Matt Carnegie an Accelerator member shared a video breaking: - The fear of rejection & - The fear of being challenged technically Underneath them are the same identities: "I'm not good enough", "I'm not worthy", "I feel like an imposter." We're all at different stages of our entrepreneurial journey and this might be something you need right now.

@Casey Kristof Thanks for sharing. The fear of rejection, the fear of success (not failure) can stop us from achieving our dreams.
🎂 Today is my birthday! 🎉
I decided to create something different for myself this year an AI generated birthday video using free AI tools. 🤯🔥 No expensive production. Just an idea + AI. Honestly, seeing what we can create with these tools is crazy. 😂 I wanted to share it with the community and see what you guys think. 👀 What would you create with AI if you had a free tool and one idea? And if anyone needs AI video for is businesses, he/she should Dm me

Happy Birthday @Kunmi Oduola 💯👑✅
I think I can work with a client now
So I wanted to get ppl's insights, I believe that now i can land my first client and work with him, but the thing is i feel lost and alone and really no mentor to tell me what to do, So I wanted to ask, Whats the core steps that i need in a workflow or an AI agent to make it work. My point is, i can just be specified in 1 template and sell it as am a pro in this exact template ( For ex, Knowledge base AI agent that supports newhires without the need of asking someone for a specific piece of info) But i feel like am missing something, like I really need someone to point me towards what i need to do now ? Any Insights ?

@Osama Kamal Please use the Classroom, there are videos in there that @Liam Ottley made for newbies just like you. Hint, go and ask your friends & family to help you test something that you've built. It could be a chatbot for a mechanic (something simple) or an automation for a real estate office, etc. Ask them what's their biggest problems in the office. No need to mention AI yet. Actually Automation has been around for decades. There are many videos in the classroom. Start watching a few and you will get some ideas.
