The weight of the world is not on our shoulders even though it may feel like it. Just like the seasons change so will it. Let's just go within and inner stand and rest through it and don't give up on you. We aren't disconnected. Let the triggers be our teachers because that's all they are. Lesson from our June lessons Soul - a water bottle Consciousness - the ocean Imagine a water bottle is your soul. Inside it is the same water that exists in the ocean, but while it is in the bottle it has a unique perspective. It carries your personality, your experiences, your lessons, and the path your soul chose to explore in this lifetime. Now imagine the ocean. It is limitless, timeless, without beginning or end. It is pure awareness. It simply knows. That is consciousness. The water inside the bottle has never been different from the ocean. It has only appeared separate because of the bottle. When the bottle is no longer needed, the water doesn’t become the ocean. it returns to the ocean, revealing it was never separate in the first place. I ask you to remember this. It is the heart of our June teaching in Christ Consciousness. Jesus’ words: The kingdom of God is within you. Not because we have to become divine, but because we awaken to what has always been true. Consciousness is only pure love. June framework: - The personality says, “I am afraid.” - The soul says, “I am learning through this experience.” - Consciousness simply says, “I AM.”
