Let's celebrate our cultural diversity..... what's something you love about where you are now? Have you checked out the map? This community has people from all over the world in it! I was barely able to squeeze Hawaii ( @Mack McCloud ) and New Zealand ( @Ossie Osmond ) into the screen shot.

Moonlit Breath
Some of us are still feeling the beautiful energy of the Strawberry Full Moon from earlier this month, and I was wondering how it feels now? Is her energy softening within? Have you released and if so, how do you feel now, lighter, more peaceful, relieved? Most often we find that we didn't realize how heavy it had become until we released what was no longer ours to carry. Unpacking that backpack feels good. The shoulders soften, the back straightens and the soul... well the soul feels brighter. Everything begins to align. I thought I would share an old poem of mine. I hope you enjoy it and perhaps share what has shifted with your moonlit breath. Moonlit Breath Breathe beneath the moon’s watchful gaze and let your heart soften. Its gentle light spills over what tensions you carry. The night whispers that you are seen and held. The inhale draws calm, the exhale releases what is heavy. Each cycle of breath mirrors lunar rhythm and flow. Each pause invites stillness into restless corners. The body remembers how to surrender with ease. The soul opens to quiet, tender understanding. Softness does not ask you to change or fix. It only asks you to be present, fully here. Through breath, you meet the moon’s serene guidance. Through breath, your heart learns to rest in light. -- Angels Heart

@Eva Savicki Thank you. I'm so pleased that this little poem offered you a respite. I'm sorry the past few days have been heavy going. Maybe try ground and breathe a little more during these times. Life happens and we just got to go with the flow. I hope things stay lighter for you. β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ήβ€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή

Happy 4th July
If you celebrating, happy celebrations. Have a wonderful day!πŸŽ†πŸ’«πŸ’– Whilst I don't celebrate, I thought I would just continue with my birthday celebration today! Taking time to enjoy a walk in the mini forest where I am house sitting, a long bubble bath tonight to look forward to and some time to spend in gratitude, long conversations with the pup here and presence. Sounds like a perfect day of gentle pleasure for me! So if you are celebrating the 4th of July how are you celebrating?

Spiritual growth
There's a particular ache that comes with growth: the moment you realize the people closest to you aren't walking your exact path, and some part of you longs for a mirror, someone who can meet you fully in what you're seeing. That longing is real. But loving yourself on this journey doesn't require the people around you to catch up to you first. It asks something harder: to hold your own ground without needing them to stand on it too. You can witness someone still wrapped in guilt or doubt without absorbing their weight, and without dimming your own light to make the room feel even. Watch, too, for the quiet trap of feeling above rather than simply ahead; the ego is skilled at wearing spiritual clothing. True connection was never about sameness. It's about presence. Someone doesn't need to understand your becoming to still be worth sitting beside in the sunset. Some of the loneliness may stay. Let it sit alongside a full life, held rather than fixed. That, too, is part of coming home to yourself. -The Corporate Alchemist

@Gary Lang I love this. There is so much wisdom here, especially the reminder that we don't need others to understand our becoming in order for it to be real. I also believe there comes a time when it's okay to lovingly let go of those whose paths no longer resonate with our own, creating space for new souls to enter our lives. Not from judgment or a sense of being 'more evolved,' but because growth naturally changes the people, experiences, and connections we are drawn to. And perhaps that loneliness has something to teach us too. If we sit with it gently, listening without expectation or trying to fill the silence, we may discover it isn't asking us to seek someone else at all. Perhaps it is simply inviting us into a deeper relationship with ourselves. Thank you for sharing.

@Gary Lang Absolutely! We learn to bend differently in a way that supports self better. We learn to listen without expectation and within the stillness the shift is able to happen. πŸ™
