How’s it going out there
How are you all doing this week? I don’t mind admitting I’m bloody exhausted! Mentally, physically, emotionally. Ready to clock off, but still a mountain of things to do. How are you all doing?

Bless you 🤗 try to make space for some self-care Sunday. I just lost a post I had been writing for 1.5 h in my community 😭 recovering from having been under the weather and an extra week of school holidays 😵 trying to catch up with Skool, and once I get to rewrite that comment, I'll feel much better 😅

@Hayley Partridge I hope so too, and I'll make sure I write it on Word before pasting it in the community.
Christmas plans
Inspired by @Maria Bello talking about taking a step back to be with her daughter over Christmas ♥️ What are everyone’s plans? 🎄 Are you hosting? Or going away? Are you looking forward to it?

@Hayley Partridge table and whatever other flat surface around the house to lay the buffet 🤣 I am not too sure you know I'd love a quiet Christmas but I believe my husband is making plans with his brothers and their family, whichbis going to be the total opposite of quiet 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@Hayley Partridge God no 🤣 My husband is British-Nigerian, equally loud 🤫😂
Ok, random share/ realisation from this week already…
I’ve always had this belief that December is basically dead for selling. So normally, I just don’t release offers in December, because Christmas, because money, because everyone’s distracted and nobody has any time, blah blah blah. I’ve never really questioned it. It just felt true. Except… in the last four days I’ve signed two x high ticket 1:1 clients and completely sold out my 1:1 goal-setting days in January. Same work. Same offers. Same audience. Nothing fancy. The only difference is I didn’t automatically listen to that old story. It made me realise how sneaky limiting beliefs are. They don’t sound dramatic. They sound sensible, rational and justifiable,, like they’re helping you be “realistic”. So I’m curious, what belief might you be quietly working from right now? The kind you’ve never really challenged because it just feels like “that’s how it is”. What might it be subtly stopping you from doing? Anyway… turns out December didn’t get the memo 😅

Well done to you darling @Hayley Partridge I don't have any particular reservations, actually the opposit because my service can be gifted. I'm gearing up for Jan though simply because my little bubba is already on break, and realistically I won't be having the time to accomplish much.

Your Next Level Might Need a Change of Scenery
Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet in here. I’ve been away on a 1:1 retreat with a client, mapping out her strategy for 2026, and it reminded me why I love doing this work in beautiful environments. Coffee appearing at the table while we’re deep in conversation about the next stage of her business. A slow lunch where ideas actually have room to land, instead of being squeezed in between calls and emails. Cake in the afternoon, purely because we felt like it. Champagne delivered at 4pm while we looked at the bigger vision. A roaring fire in the background the whole time, creating that kind of quiet you just don’t get at home or in the office. It’s incredible how different your mind works when you step out of your usual environment. The clarity hits in a way it just doesn’t when you’re rushing. Decisions make sense. Things click. You can actually feel the excitement for the year ahead rather than forcing it. I'm off to Tenerife for a week in the new year with another lovely client to map out 2026 for their businesses and can't wait for the sunshine. I love the motivation and excitement that gets re-ignited on the back of these goal setting sessions. It's so contagious. It got me thinking about planning in general. Some people don’t go near their goals until January. Others start feeling into them around now. Some don't do it at all. What about you, do you wait for January or do you start mapping things out earlier?

Check you out 😎the perks of doing a great job ... in any and every possible way. I map out the bigger picture in Dec for the following year. Since this year I try to take into account all the different energies that happen in each month in order to be better prepared in a way. If it makes sense in my head, my fancy brain will be more likely to stick with the plan.
How many do you need?
We’ve looked at your ideal client. Now let’s apply that to your strategy. This is why it really matters. You don’t need 10k followers. Sometimes you only need 12 ‘John’s’ or ‘Claudia’s’ Let’s make this painfully simple: Your revenue goal … Your offer price or value of your ideal client… How many sales you actually need … How many ideal clients you need in your pipeline… How many people you need to reach to land your ideal client … (give me a shout if you need help analysing your data) How your content needs to land to convert them. THIS is why ideal client profiling matters. It’s maths and psychology. If you want £5k/month and your offer is £500? You need ten Johns. Not hundreds. Not thousands. TEN. When you know who “John” is… You can actually go and find him. This is where business stops feeling chaotic and starts feeling intentional. What’s your revenue goal for next year? How many of your ideal clients do you need?

@Hayley Partridge not the faintest clue of what you're talking about 😬😂 I got to ask my Gpt and get back to you on that 😳

@Hayley Partridge wow, you're talking like a real business woman. I have virtually no data. Plan is for them to come from Skool, Substack and possibly LinkedIn.
