A week ago the Leadership Lab community was sitting around Top 1000. Today it just crossed into the Top 400. Not because of ads. Not because of some launch funnel. Because leaders started showing up for each other. The whole idea behind the community was simple: Too many leaders are learning leadership alone. They buy courses. They buy certifications.
