2026 is here! I Hope everyone had a great 2025. I know i did, we crushed out goals in revenue by more than I predicted. I have so much more i want for my mobile repair in 2026. So it'a time to really buckel down and grow even more this year. So this leads to me you all. What is you biggest issue with your company right now? Hey everyone I’m glad to be here I’m currently working at a Honda dealership in Leesburg fl I’ve been there a total of 10 years. Professionally I’ve work on cars for 15 years. The dealer is definitely not what it used to be the industry has changed. Not only do they overcharge customers are constantly harassed to buy another car and now also windshield replacements by some third party. Anyway I’ve got some clients that I’ve been doing side work for. I’m in the middle of getting my truck setup to eventually start a mobile repair. it’s been rough in between being at the dealer 50-60 hours a week and being the only income for my family having time for them and trying to get the ball rolling with the business. The good thing my wife was a service advisor for 15 years which will make the process a lot easier my biggest fear is at point do I just leave the dealer and go on my own it’s scary I don’t want to fail!
