Turn Your Old Content Into Videos in Minutes (Even If You're Not Tech-Savvy)
Have you ever written a post, created a PDF, taken notes during training, or recorded a webinar and thought: "This would probably make a great video..." Then life gets busy. Creating videos feels like another job. So the content sits there gathering digital dust. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐋𝐌 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗟𝗠? NotebookLM is a free AI tool from Google that can read documents you upload and turn them into different types of content. One of its newer features is the ability to create videos based on your documents. No filming. No editing. No complicated software. You simply upload a document and let AI do most of the heavy lifting. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 Step 1: Upload One Piece of Content This could be: ✅ A blog post ✅ A PDF ✅ Webinar notes ✅ A presentation ✅ Training notes ✅ An article you've written Keep it to one document when you're starting. The AI produces better results when it has a clear focus. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 2: 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 This is the part most people skip. Don't just tell NotebookLM to create a video. Tell it what angle to focus on. For example: - Explain this for beginners - Turn this into 3 quick tips - Focus on common mistakes - Create a step-by-step guide - Share the most important lesson The more specific you are, the better the result. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 3: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 Click generate and wait a few minutes. NotebookLM creates a ready-made video that you can download and share. You can even create multiple videos from the same document simply by changing the angle. One blog post could become: - A beginner tutorial - A mistakes-to-avoid video - A quick tips video - A myth-busting video 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 I've found the biggest mistake people make is letting AI decide everything. Instead, give it clear instructions such as: 👉 Explain this as if the audience is completely new. 👉 Use a friendly conversational tone. 👉 Start with an attention-grabbing opening. 👉 Keep the explanation simple. 👉 End with a question that encourages engagement.

Love this! 💛 So many of us have valuable content sitting on our computers that never gets used again. It's amazing how AI tools like NotebookLM can help us repurpose what we've already created and turn it into something new without all the tech overwhelm. Thank you for sharing this gem! ✨

Content Pillars: The Simple Way to Never Run Out of Content Ideas
One of the most common questions people ask is: "What should I post about?" If you've ever sat staring at a blank screen wondering what to write, you're not alone. The good news is that creating content becomes much easier when you stop thinking about individual posts and start thinking about content pillars. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬? Content pillars are simply the main topics you want to be known for. Think of them as the categories that support your business. Instead of creating random content every day, you create content around a small number of core topics. For example, if you teach people how to use AI, your content pillars might be: - ChatGPT Basics - AI for Content Creation - AI for Business Growth - AI Tools and Tutorials - Success Stories and Case Studies Every piece of content fits into one of those pillars. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 Without content pillars, most people create random content. One day they're talking about productivity. The next day they're sharing a personal story. Then they post about marketing. Then something completely unrelated. The result? People struggle to understand what they actually do. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲. They help your audience recognize your expertise and make content creation much easier. How ChatGPT Can Help Here's a simple prompt you can use: "Help me create 5 content pillars for my business. I help [describe your audience] achieve [desired result]. For each pillar, give me 10 content ideas." Within seconds, you'll have enough ideas for weeks or even months of content. 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 Let's say you help people over 50 learn AI. One pillar could be: ChatGPT Basics Content ideas: - 5 things ChatGPT can do that surprise most beginners - The biggest mistake new ChatGPT users make - How to write better prompts - Common fears about AI and why they are usually unnecessary - My favourite beginner ChatGPT tasks That's one pillar. Now imagine having five pillars. You suddenly have dozens of content ideas ready to go.

This post from @Karina's Community resonated with me
One of our members, @Karina Sharp , shared something this week that really resonated with me. As I was reading her post, I found myself nodding along because I've been there too... and if I'm honest, there are still days when I feel like I'm there. She talked about something that doesn't get discussed enough: "𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫." 😐 I hear people all the time talking about buying their product & grabbing the affiliate link & promoting it for XYZ%.... My thing is.. who to? Who do I promote it to when I only have 200 followers & we know actually only 10% of those people will see it & of those 10% who actually trusts you enough to buy from you? 🤔 I've been racking my brain to try grasp this concept or is it their strategy? I know there will be the random buyer that just happened to be looking for something at that exact moment & buys from you 🥳 but is that enough to keep a beginner's hopes up enough to keep going? It's like the bathtub effect.. positive - negative - positive. You get a random sale, then nothing for weeks, then you buy another course (thing) to try fix what didn't work from the first thing you bought & you're off on a high till the next slump. .. anyway.. my point is.. as I get closer to 5k (& above) followers, the engagement has been crazy, like I can't physically reply to everyone like I have been. So, all the stressing about finding people has been in vain. I don't think anyone has actually said - IT WILL TAKE YOU 6 MONTHS TO GET ROLLING. So for the first 6 months just grow your page, grow your thing, don't worry about making, selling, all the things.. don't stress about it! Now, I have asked some skool owners directly how long it's taken them to get to 5k followers & when they honestly started making consistent sales. Some are very happy to tell me & some not so happy.🤨 I am also aware that there are some people that just get lucky so sure, its not a one size fits all. I just wish when I started my journey someone said to me : Karina, don't get to excited about making money, having a business plan or retiring for at least 6months. Geez it may have saved a few melt downs & moments of closing my laptop for good, screaming this isn't for me? Because now that i'm nearly 6 months in & finally getting people, people on my pages engaging, communicating with me & asking questions, like i'm an expert.. I can see the picture. Still have a long way to go because I have nothing to offer.. but I can see something!

Thank you for sharing this! Karina, your honesty is such a powerful reminder that growth comes before results, and that building trust takes time. It definitely encouraged me too. A beautiful reminder that consistency, patience, and showing up every day really do pay off.

@Karina Sharp I can totally resonate with this! 😅 Sometimes it's not that we're missing information—we just need the pieces in the right order. Tomorrow is a fresh start and another step forward! 🌱
