Something profound happened here over the past few days. And it was very special to do it in this group... I felt it too. What we experienced together over these 4-5 days was, at times, very elevated... biochemically, emotionally, spiritually. Our nervous systems were in a peak state. For as high as we've been, it's completely normal to feel a corresponding low in the days that follow. This is part of the process, not a sign that something went wrong. You are held. What you accomplished will bless and expand you in ways that will become clearer with time. (Thank you @Elle Smith for your reflection to me on this.) Saw this at the grocery store this am & thought of you @Mandy Jacob I hope everyone is either still fasting well or integrating well. What a beautiful experience- I feel like I’m seeing the world in bright color like never quite before & for whatever reason being drawn to all sorts of orange healthy foods (carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges 🍊) which feels amusing 😆 Thanks again to @Josh del Sol & all those who contributed to this reset. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed & at exactly the right time 🙏🏾

So I had the most vivid dream I have ever had.Full color as if I was awake. Funny I was around Catholics and in a Catholic space it was peace full but felt I needed to check on my daughter. I have not worshipped in a Catholic Church in over 32 years. I was in a beautiful Catholic space last night for my son's promotion ceremony, he is a policeman. The dream was not in that space. Iam going to journal my dreams through this. Honored to be in this space with you all.
