1) Referrals have been my clinic's lifeblood, so that is an avenue I am always working. Recently, I started posting content and, since doing the Invincible Challenge, I have been setting up affiliate deals with all the products I use and people I can think of. 2) My potential customers are primarily on Facebook. I did a deep dive on Instagram and found some influencers who already 50+ thousand followers and such, so visions of partnerships and affiliations are dancing in my head...

Laura is a 37-year-old wife, mother of 3 kids, bachelor’s degree-educated and is currently working from home. Her husband either runs his own company or works for the Government, and together they have a household income of >$150,000. She does her food shopping at Wegmans and wears CALIA clothes 90% of every day (Carrie Underwood’s clothing line) because she like to be comfortable, yet stylish, and nothing beats a good pair of stretchy pants and a sweatshirt. She rides the Peloton 3 days/week. Red wine is her drink of choice and can easily drink a bottle all to herself – and does so more often than not. She is active on Facebook and, to a lesser extent, on Instagram. She loves True Crime shows and podcasts, along with Married at First Sight and shows like that – anything to quiet her always-racing mind. She stays up later than her husband. Sleep doesn’t come easy to her because her mind is always racing with thoughts, doubts, fears and insecurities/worries. When she wakes up, she doesn't feel rested or recovered; rather, she feels tired and already late to start her day and get the kids to school. She has a headache all the time and can’t remember not having one. There are times when it is worse than others, but it is always there. So is the tension in her jaw, neck and upper-back. She has tried seemingly everything, from doctors to medications, chiropractors, injections, Botox, marijuana… But bow believes she is destined to suffer in silence. She stopped telling her husband how bad her head hurts because he never does anything about it and doesn’t really get it. Over time, she has become increasingly short with her kids and her husband. Some days it feels like more of an effort just to exist to get through the day, much less be excited to play with the kids or be intimate with her husband. Sometimes, she doesn’t really feel present in the room or in the conversation, even though she is right there. And it’s getting worse. She knows she can’t keep going on like this. And what if it gets worse…?

#Video 1 Hello, everyone! My name is Logan Cooper. I have my doctorate in PT and have been practicing almost 20years now. I own two outpatient practices based out of Maryland and Virginia: one is geared primarily towards those in chronic spinal pain and the other is primarily for rock climbers. Along with that, I am adjunct faculty at Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. I'm here because I love what I do, and I want to do it in a way that works WITH the life I want to lead, and be a part of, with my family - instead of taking me AWAY from them. Growing up, my mother-in-law taught me about money. Now, this was well before Excel sheets, so she and I would sit down with paper and a pen and write down every category of expense we could think of. Then, we would breakdown the income into those funds so every dollar was "spent" before I even got it. If I wanted to go on vacation, she would ask, "How much is in your vacation fund?"
