Potentially Triggering Question for the Men
Why are most men (excluding the awakened ones who have done the work/doing the work blah blah blah) so protective of their EGO? Why do they become extremely triggered and emotionally reactive, when you highlight the flaws of their EGO? And yes "women are the same". But I want to understand the male psyche from a male perspective. Please share! Thank you

Think of ego as a suit of armor. Some men have grown up believing they must be strong, capable, and right to be respected. Over time, that armor can become tangled up with their sense of worth. When you point out a crack, you may mean, “This behavior is hurting our relationship.” But what they hear is, “You’re weak. You’re failing. You’re not enough.” They rush to defend the armor because being seen without it feels threatening. That doesn’t excuse hurtful reactions, and it doesn’t describe every man. But growth means learning that you can take off the armor, acknowledge a flaw, and still be worthy of respect. But this is just my opinion.
Calm and Centered
I intentionally find calm and center myself before engaging with others. I bring a healthier presence into every interaction that follows.

@Jarne Großstück @Mahmoud Bayoumi I asked to join this group just now. I want to dig into this. I think men are disconnected and need a space to be themselves.

Signs My one word today is Signs This week, that word has taken on two meanings for me. First, I am learning to slow down and listen. I spend most of my time talking and helping others. Today, I want to pay attention to the signs people give me through their words and reflections. They help me understand how others see me and what I may need to notice about myself. Second, I am preparing to launch a new Mighty Caregivers project by placing signs in caregiver spaces. I have spent a lot of time talking about Mighty Caregivers. Now I am entering a new season where I am letting the signs do the talking. Instead of asking people to remember my words, I hope a simple sign with a QR code quietly speaks for itself. My prayer is that someone will stop, scan it, read a caregiver story or reflection, and be reminded that they are not alone. Sometimes the smallest signs point us to the hope we need most. Whether through a conversation or a sign in a caregiver space, I hope people find encouragement exactly when they need it.
