arm drag from seated guard - if they stumble chase the back, if they pull their arm back, wrestle up while their weight is going backwards
leg lock question!!
I was wondering what y'all think about this! are leg lock entries better from bottom or top. from my leg locker friends they say from top but let me know what y'all think haha. and yes I am working alot of leg locks rn because everyone does them and I feel like I have to be proficient at them lol.

As a leglock heavy guy, I think leglock entries are better positionally and easier from top, but the real risk is you give up top position, so if you fail you end up on bottom. Overall, I think leglock entries are more effective from bottom because if you fail, you don’t sacrifice position the way you do from top, and good leglock entries (or the threat of them) from bottom opens up a lot of paths to wrestling up or gaining top position

Working on undertook offense lately - specifically hit a knee tap from underhook today (was aiming for the ankle pick 😂) and felt like a million bucks

But I said everyone should have a go to takedown and than another if that fails. alot of you guys probably don't have a second takedown yet, but you probably have a go to takedown. So something you hit more than other takedowns. so let me know down below!!

Arm drag trip to body lock - then usually mat return or reverse tani otoshi

Been having some trouble getting takedowns on folks that don’t react much - ie don’t bite on feints and don’t extend much
