Hello everyone. Thank you for including me! My favorite color changes with my mood, but it’s usually a shade of blue or pink. My favorite treat is ice cream. I don’t have a favorite superhero.

How are you doing… Really really
This is a time of year when the world thinks everything should be married and bright. For some it is. For many, it is a difficult time. Maybe you were dealing with depression or chronic illness that limits you. Maybe you’re dealing with grief and our loss of other kinds. Maybe you’re struggling to cope with everything in a chaotic world. Give yourself grace and space to experience whatever you are feeling without judging yourself for it. It’s OK, not to be OK. It’s OK to express that it’s a difficult time. This is a safe space. I’m keeping this a private community so that everything we share in here is just between us. No bots or nonmembers can see our comments. They can only see that the community exists. I’m reminding you of this so that you realize you have that level of safety. It’s part of the #Community Values & Covenant . Yes, of course we want to support you and celebrate your wins and self discoveries and aha moments. And also we hold each other in loving support. That’s why there is the category for supporting one another. Sometimes we need a listening year, the shoulder to cry on, or just somebody to help us work through difficult emotions and challenging times. More than most, we who are so different and so often misunderstood by the rest of the world must lean on each other. This is our space that we co-create. The image with this post is energetically infused artwork that I created. It shows a circle of people reaching out to the center. Whenever you need to be in the center of the circle of support, we can all hold space and give you support. Sometimes we’ll be the one needing support and sometimes wearing the space to give it. There’s room for all of us here.

I had a spell of sadness right before Christmas. I lost my husband of 35 years 4.5 years ago. I was so busy after his death with caring for 2 other family members on hospice that I didn’t have time to grieve fully. Then I had to have work done on our home and had to put it on the market. This is my second Christmas in my new home. My husband made Christmas such a special time that I miss him a lot this time of year. I started a new relationship in June and that only added to my grief despite being in love again. Thankfully he lost his wife some years ago so he understands.

Hi Manda, I’m new here too. I am autistic and ADHD too. I’m not officially diagnosed, but my youngest son has both and we did self testing and I scored as high as he did. It has really helped me understand and accept myself better.
How do you like to plan & set intentions?
Do you love to set intentions for the year and plan out your goals for the entire year? Do you like to do it quarterly? Seasonally? Monthly? By the moon? Everyone's welcome to comment but I gave you some ideas in the poll! Happy 2026!

I plan as needed. I like to be flexible, because life has a way of changing our plans anyway.
Geomagnetic storms & more stuff that makes sensitive feel icky
When the sun acts up, those of us who are highly sensitive, definitely feel it. And we are having a doozy right about now. And although we can do many things to support our nervous system, there is just no getting around that we are going to feel like poop when we have Geostorms and other solar flare activity. The place that I go to look this sort of thing up is SpaceWeather.com and here is a paragraph that I just saw their a moment ago. And I definitely know it’s here because I feel it! I’m sure you do too. . “THE NEW YEAR MIGHT BEGIN WITH GEOMAGNETIC STORMS: At least one CME will hit Earth during the opening days of 2026. NOAA forecasters believe that one or two CMEs might deliver glancing blows on Jan. 1st, followed by an almost-direct-hit CME on Jan. 2nd or 3rd. If all of them hit, the combined effect of the CMEs could add up to a G2-class geomagnetic storm. Aurora visibility will be mitigated by the glare from this week's full Wolf Moon” It took me a while to realize that I started to feel really off during these times. So one of the things that might be helpful to you is to track dramatic changes in your energy. Here’s an Sometimes I’m going along during a day and feeling good and productive and energized… Until… It feels like somebody let out the air of the balloon. And that is when I have come to notice that I’m feeling the effects of the sun acting up! Your signs may be a little different, but when you start to track them, you’ll start to recognize

@Britt Free I have chronic pain & fibromyalgia so I have to slow down and honor my body’s need to rest during these events. If I do that, I feel so much better after these events event is over. If I don’t listen to my body, I experience fatigue and additional pain.

I’m a 60 year old highly sensitive person who is working on healing my nervous system and taking care of myself instead of others.
