This is such a good reminder 😊 I'm still in the early stages of growing my Etsy shop and digital product business, so for me it would probably be talking to people who use budgeting, bookkeeping, and business spreadsheets. Sometimes I think we spend so much time creating that we forget to ask people what they actually need help with 👀💛
