What's been your 'aha' moment? This week I had a couple, around sales (specifically pricing strategies), and how I perceived marketing, while I was reading a sales book. While the concepts themselves weren't new to me (I'd heard of them some years ago), it just took a bit of time (and maybe wisdom?) for them to 'click'. Either way, they're a win for me moving forward and I can't wait to test them. Curious to see what other 'aha'/lightbulb moments everyone else has had this week.

Hi I'm currently making great effort to grow my company but I am limited on capital, I am trying to onboard to new clients and sign them up for a annual garden maintenance contract. As I have little cash flow I'm trying to onboard myself rather than paid advertisement, Any tips?.. As soon as I get the work booked I can run through some people to find the right fit. Then rinse and repeat new customers new subcontractors etc. Thought about going door to door but that doesn't work so well in the uk! Still im willing to try it. I have some business cards that I shull post through letter boxes. But I was wondering if providing content or a blog would help gain interest in my services ?
