Yesterday, I was at a TEDCO event when my man Jeff, a Maryland real estate agent, walked up and said: “Yo Vondell, I need to get with you, bro, about your AI + real estate stuff…” I said, “Hold on. Can I record this real quick?” 😂🎥 Jeff gave me permission, and we captured the conversation right there. He didn’t have the full picture of THE ZIP CODE LEAD SYSTEM™️. Something about the work had already caught his attention and connected with a need. Phew. This is the system happening in REAL LIFE. The people around you may already be watching your work, remembering your name, and waiting for the right moment to ask, “Can we talk?” The room was active, so you’ll hear some background noise. Stay with it. This is five minutes of real-world social proof. After you watch, comment I GOT ONE if someone has already shown curiosity about what you do. Then follow up with that person today: “You mentioned wanting to learn more about what I’m doing with AI. Want to grab 15 minutes next week?” Come back and tell us what happened.
