I've been working with Silk City Fibers (a subsiduary of Lion Brand Yarns) to design projects using their luxury yarns. Today, they featured one of my designs on their Instagram channel.

Well, it was another day of work away from home so no knitting on the machine. I host a knitting circle for charity knitting on Thursday evenings so I managed some hand knitting and shared knitting experience. It was fulfilling. Afterwards I sorted through a bin of yarn from my stash for donations. The photo below is of some unraveled yarn mess that I discovered. Something else to wind up. Another wonderful day in my practice.

I mentioned in one of my comments yesterday that I will share all the upcoming projects I am designing and will be available with enough time to do them before Christmas. Most of these are in progress, but I felt I needed to shift focus to get the beginner's course done, and this group started. Now it is time to get back to creating. I will be picking at least one pattern each month to add to the free library. Let me know which ones you are interested in and that will help me to determine which ones get released first!
