I sell things. Workshops, skills, my community. So I know that moment. Someone is interested. They ask good questions. Then they say, "Let me think about it." It sounds like a maybe. So you wait. You send a friendly check-in. Nothing comes back. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗵-𝗛𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. "Let me think about it" is almost never about time. There is a question they did not ask out loud. "Will this work for someone like me?" "What if it does not work?" I will say the part people do not like. Most sales advice teaches you to overcome objections. Have a comeback ready. Push past the no. Your buyer can feel that push. And a buyer who feels pushed leaves. Someone says "it costs too much." The usual comeback is a payment plan. Most of the time, the money was never the real worry. They were not sure it would work for someone like them. A payment plan does not answer that. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆. 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲. If they still say no, it is an honest no. When a buyer says "let me think about it," it sounds like they need more time. Most of the time, they need an answer to a question they did not ask you. It usually comes down to one of three doubts. 𝟭: 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗲? They like the offer. They are not sure their situation fits. 𝟮: 𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲? The money is rarely the whole story. The price feels bigger than their confidence in the result. 𝟯: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘄? Nothing on the page tells them what waiting costs. So later feels safe. The usual follow-up is a discount or a friendly check-in. 𝗔 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 👇 Think of the last person who said "let me think about it." Someone liked your offer. They asked a good question or two. Then they said, "Let me think about it." Did you ever hear back? Most of the time, that line is the polite version. There is a doubt underneath that they did not say out loud, and your offer never answered it. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 "𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁" 👇 📍 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧 Act like a sales strategist who has sat through hundreds of sales calls and knows why buyers say no. When a buyer tells me "let me think about it," there is a doubt underneath that they did not say out loud. Find the 3 most likely doubts for my offer. For each one, write it the way my buyer would say it, then tell me what they really mean. Do not write any answers or sales copy yet. Tell me which doubt costs me the most sales and why.
