Big shoutout to some powerful leadership I just witnessed today 👏🏽 Just came from our Northern Virginia meeting, and I’ve got to recognize @Marva Atwater , @Katrina Baskfield , @Neavaly Touray , and @Barbara Jolly . Marva—this was your vision. You made the decision, secured the location, organized it, and brought it to life. That’s leadership. That’s how this business grows. Katrina—right there by her sister Marva’s side, supporting and helping execute. That matters more than people realize. Barb- Team Jolly grows with each of these meetings. You’ve been in this industry for many years and your consistency in sharing the business and supporting your team deserves to be celebrated . And Neavaly—you keep showing up, meeting after meeting, pouring into the room. Consistency like that is what builds something real. You are 2 star and above loading.
