Signing a contract is a very tricky thing for me since I'll be working with US clients and I dont live there so I want to know if you usually sign contracts and if u do what apps do you use and at what stage does the contract signing take place? and is it after you receive the payment or before?
Most agencies get the agreement signed after receiving the payment, because it can introduce a barrier to entry before they're 100% committed, make them feel apprehensive, and lead them to second-guessing and backing out. PandaDoc is my preferred tool but GHL Contracts work just as well. Just not as customizable or 3rd-party automation friendly, but it's not needed unless you launch new offers often or have to customize your contract a lot. Work with a business attorney with experience in cross-border agreements (ContractCounsel has a lot of options and is affordable) - or talk to someone else who has an agency outside of the US and works with US clients to see if they're open to you modeling their contract and having it reviewed by an attorney.
@Jasmine Lotomau has come back to drop some FIRE in this community tomorrow at 2PM EDT! Who will be there? Show some love in the comments if you're stoked!
spy on other HVAC companies ads and see what’s been running the longest. Then spy adjacent industries like roofing, plumbing, etc. and see what’s ad angles, creatives, and offers are crushing for them
