@Alex Baltas This is a nice document that explains about AI and its involvement in Architecture. I read the context and it is really worth reading as it gives you a deeper realization about AIs. Now, I just want to share additional details regarding this topic, both negatives and positives. These additional insights and details are based on my own experience with the AI. 1.) In this document, it was said that the clients now are arriving with the AI generated concepts, and I can say that it is really true. I have had a client that asked me to make a rendered perspectives with the same quality of the image that AI produced for him, so he was basically requiring me to make renders that are as realistic as the AI generated renders, and then after making renders, we will proceed on making video walkthroughs through AI, something like, converting the original renders that I have produced into an AI generated video. So, it is true that the clients now are arriving with already AI concepts/ideas. If we will think about it, it is quite a good thing, because it makes the process faster since there is a concept already, more direct designer-client conversation in the first meeting, as well as clearer vision on what we are going to do or build even from the very start, these are the good things. But, there are also bad effects for this: 1.) That client of mine expected a lower professional service fee since it seems that AI is the real star, the inspirations/references are from the AI, and the majority of the animation works will be coming from the AI, that's why he expected a lower professional fee. I am not sure, until now, if that is a fair thing or not, a good thing or not, something like, we, professionals, are going to really lower the professional service when there is an AI involvement in the works, because if we will think about it, 1.) yes it's really true that part of the works are from the AI, so the works are no longer full-human intelligence, so the fee should not also be full-human fee anymore like before where we are doing the whole works ourselves without AI. So, somehow, it has a logical reason to lower the fee.
