@Tracy Hicks I have a two facebook profiles. One is my personal name and the other is "Oakridge PM" which is for my management company Oakridge Property Managment. The Oakridge profile is a "personal" page not a business. Business pages are not allowed to post on marketplace. Facebook does not like you to do this but it's worked for me for years. You'll have to come up with a name that facebook doesn't flag as a business name otherwise they won't let you create the profile.

Broken Window Theory
By fixing broken windows and removing graffiti in neighborhoods with high crime.... crime was reduced..... Utilize this theory when turning around parks. Specifically with POHs you can fix and SET THE EXAMPLE for the rest of the community. This was something initially brought to my attention by @Ryan Narus , then again by @Kyle Grimm , AGAIN by @Dekel Saati who actually underwrites refurb for TOH when he takes over parks. It works. Be the change you want to see in the world. I am seeing it in real time at Brighton Court MHP and so is @Tiernan Laue

Yes! I'm all about setting the standard with our POHS. But you don't have to stop there! Often there is some low hanging fruit with TOHs who you can help. Here is a before/after of a TOH we recently cleaned up.

New Here 👋
Hey everyone, I’m Jaimie and I’m new to the group. I’ve been working in single-family and small multi for many years, but I have recently started my mobile home park journey. We have applied our marketing systems into the mobile home park space to organically connect with sellers to purchase our first park. In the meantime, I am assigning those that are too far out of our league and networking! I currently have a park under contract in Kansas I am finding a buyer for and actively marketing in Indiana, Alabama, Texas and Kansas. Looking forward to growing and connecting here.
