Not pretending we suddenly have to have our whole summer figured out. Just easing into the next season with a little more intention, refreshment, and support. This weekโ€™s blend is: ๐‘บ๐’–๐’Ž๐’Ž๐’†๐’“ ๐‘ป๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ ๐‘ป๐’†๐’‚ ๐‘ฉ๐’๐’†๐’๐’… A bright, cooling herbal tea for seasonal reset, gentle energy, and summer rhythms. ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐‘ฏ๐’Š๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’”๐’„๐’–๐’”โ€” bright, tart, cooling, and traditionally used to support the body during warm weather ๐‘ณ๐’†๐’Ž๐’๐’ ๐’ƒ๐’‚๐’๐’Ž โ€” calming, uplifting, and traditionally used to support the nervous system and emotional balance ๐‘ท๐’†๐’‘๐’‘๐’†๐’“๐’Ž๐’Š๐’๐’• โ€” refreshing, cooling, and traditionally used to support digestion and mental clarity ๐‘น๐’๐’”๐’†๐’‰๐’Š๐’‘๐’” โ€” tangy, nourishing, and rich in natural plant compounds that support everyday wellness ๐‘ฎ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ๐’†๐’“ โ€” warming, comforting, and traditionally used to support digestion and circulation I love this blend because it has a beautiful balance. The hibiscus and peppermint bring that cool, refreshing summer feeling. The lemon balm adds calm and softness. The rosehips bring brightness and nourishment. And the ginger adds just a little warmth so the blend does not feel too cold or flat. It is lovely warm, but honestly, this one is made for iced tea season. Simple blend idea - 1 part hibiscus - 1 part lemon balm - ยฝ part peppermint - ยฝ part rosehips - ยผ part ginger How to make it Add 1โ€“2 teaspoons of the blend to a cup. Pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 8โ€“10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm, or let it cool and pour over ice. Morning Mindfulness Mediation

What if this week felt lighter?
Monday mornings can feel heavy, can't they? There's the weight of the week ahead, the to-do lists, the expectations. But here's what I've learned: ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ป'๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€. ๐—œ๐˜'๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ. One of the simplest ways to shift your energy right now is through your breath. Your breath is like a bridge between your busy mind and your calm body. When you pause and breathe intentionally, everything changes. ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐Ÿฏ-๐— ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„: - Inhale for a count of 4 (through your nose) - Hold for a count of 4 - Exhale for a count of 6 (through your mouth, like you're sighing) - Repeat 5 times - That's it. Five rounds. Three minutes. And suddenly, the week feels a little more manageable. ๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐˜€: When you exhale longer than you inhale, you activate your parasympathetic nervous systemโ€”your body's natural "calm down" button. You're literally telling your nervous system, "We're safe. We can relax." ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„ (๐˜†๐—ฒ๐˜€, ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„!) ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น ๐—บ๐—ฒ: How does your body feel different? Even if it's just a tiny shift, I want to hear about it. You don't need a perfect meditation practice. You don't need an hour of silence. You just need three minutes and your breath.
