@Cynthia Shiller sorry, I'm just seeing this. The snow storm kept knocking out the internet, so I'm way behind.
Neuro‑Chemistry Crime Scene Tuesday
Excitotoxins - The Taste That Kills If your brain feels suspicious today, it probably is. Somewhere between your morning “healthy” drink and your afternoon “I deserve this” snack, a molecule committed a crime. Your mood shifted. Your focus glitched. Your energy did parkour. Your kid went feral. Your dog started pacing like it owed someone money. And you’re sitting there thinking, “Wow, I’m a mess today.” No, you're not. You’re a victim of a chemical hit‑and‑run. But the real question is: Which suspect did it? The Flavor Felon? The Diet Drink Double‑Agent? The Hyperactivity Cartel? The Bakery Bandit? The Gut‑Brain Saboteur? I'm not giving you the full investigation, or all the suspects, just know this: Your symptoms are not a personality flaw. They're not a psych diagnosis. They're a chemical crime, and they don't need medications. If you want the full suspect files, the mechanisms, the patterns, the “why did this happen to me,” and how to stop it from happening again, that’s happening inside my community. I do the full forensic breakdown there, with humor, physiology, and zero judgment. You'll also find.... Today's Simcha Science Topic: MIT Study Finds ChatGPT Weakens Your Ability to Think (use it or lose it) And the lab test of the week: TBD Come and join us. You KNOW you love a good crime scene.... https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about

Neuro‑Chemistry Crime Scene Tuesday
🔥 Melting Point Monday
THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥 See that fire beside my name? I created my topic and content before the fire! The snow has stopped. End total 17.95 inches Now, on with the show! You wake up solid. Structured. Capable. Confident. But somewhere between the hormones, the hunger, and the hundred tiny responsibilities, something melts. Your patience liquefies. Your clarity drips. Your confidence slides. Welcome to Melting Point Monday. You ever have a morning where your clarity evaporates, your patience liquefies, and your focus slides off the plate, and you think, “Wow. I melted. Again.” What if that wasn’t a personality flaw, but a physiology moment you were never taught to recognize? Your Body Has a Melting Point Every system has a threshold, the moment something shifts, you don’t “lose it.” You melt. Sometimes it’s: - a glucose swing - a mineral dip - a stress spike - a sleep debt - or one tiny trigger that hits the exact wrong moment But most people never learn how to spot their melting point until they’re already a puddle. Want to Know What Yours Is? Different groups melt differently: - creators melt - parents melt - children melt - men melt - women melt - young professionals melt - Skoolers melt But the pattern is predictable once you know what to look for. And once you see it, you can stop the melt before it starts. There’s a specific signal your body gives 5–20 minutes before you melt. Most people miss it. Most people think it’s “just a mood.” It’s not. It’s chemistry. I’m breaking it down inside my community today, the signal, the mechanism, and the micro‑ritual that re‑solidifies you in under two minutes. Bipolar? Nah! If you’ve ever wondered why you go from “I’m fine” to “What the hell is wrong with me?" in under 90 second, you’re going to want to join. Click the link and come learn the part no one teaches you, that no one wants you to know, the part that actually changes your day and life! https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about?ref=3176d9dd23264b86a756edf06790daff

INFLAMMATION OFF SATURDAY - WEIGHT LOSS
EVERYONE IN THE PATH OF THE WINTER STORM, BE SAFE! ❤️❤️❤️ THE SATURDAY WEIGHT‑LOSS WARNING SIGN YOUR BODY KEEPS SENDING If you feel ‘heavy,’ it’s not a personality trait. It’s your chemistry filing a complaint. Most people think weight loss is about discipline. Or motivation. Or finally saying no to the office donuts like a responsible adult. Meanwhile, their body is over here like: “Bestie, I’m inflamed. I’m not burning fat. I’m barely answering emails.” There’s a specific internal switch that decides whether your body is in: - Fat‑Burn Mode - “We’re releasing, baby!” or - Absolutely Not Mode - “We’re holding on to everything, including water, emotions, and that muffin from Tuesday." And most people are stuck in the second one because their chemistry is throwing a tantrum. You know that feeling where you wake up and think: “Why do I feel like a puffy marshmallow with opinions?” Yeah. That’s the switch. Inside my community, I decode that switch. We talk about the actual reasons your body refuses to release weight, the ones no one mentions because they’re too busy yelling about carbs and willpower. I don’t do: - diets - shame - “I'll start Monday” energy I do: - gut‑calming tricks - nervous system resets - GI-MAP'S - chemistry - and the kind of science that makes your body say, “Oh…we’re safe? Cool. I can let go of the weight now.” If you’ve ever felt like your body is holding on to weight like it’s saving it for winter, you’re not wrong. If you’ve ever felt like your body is holding on to weight for reasons that make zero sense, you’re not imagining it. You’re just missing the chemistry. And that’s what I'm doing inside my community. Let's address the chemistry. THE REALITY CHECK NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR (BUT EVERYONE NEEDS) The money you’ll spend to join is nothing compared to what your body is already paying. People will spend: - $7 on a latte - $40 on a DoorDash order - $200 on supplements you forget to take - $600+ on a weekend trip you need a vacation from - 100's of dollars on Amazon

Pet Health Sunday: Your Pet Has a Metabolism Too
For all you pet lovers out there. I'm changing it up today. I think you may find this interesting. What if your pet’s “quirks” aren’t quirks, but metabolic messages you’ve been accidentally ignoring? Most people think their pets are just being dramatic. Functional physiology says: “Nope. That’s biochemistry with fur.” Today inside my community, I’m breaking down how functional and nutritional medicine vets read pets the way functional medicine reads humans, through systems, not symptoms. A tiny preview: - Your “stubborn” dog might actually be having a blood sugar crash (Congratulations, you’re living with a furry coworker who skipped lunch.) - Your itchy pup isn’t “sensitive.” That’s gut‑immune activation politely asking you to stop feeding cereal in a bowl. - Your cat who “hates everyone”? Possibly low serotonin. (Or possibly just a cat. Hard to know.) - Your dog’s bad breath? Not “dog breath.” That’s anaerobic bacteria doing CrossFit in his mouth. - Your pet “getting old”? Often just inflammation from ultra‑processed food. Imagine eating kibble every day of your life. Exactly. If this made you rethink your pet’s breakfast, you’re the exact person this theme day was built for. What Functional & Nutritional Medicine Vets Actually Do? I’m sharing the full breakdown, labs, nutrition, behavior, and the functional vet lens, inside my community today. Come learn the language your pet has been speaking this whole time, and don't let them drive your car! https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about?ref=3176d9dd23264b86a756edf06790daff
