Codex Built Me a Tiny AI Company 🧠
Codex Built Me a Tiny AI Company and I’m Not Even Being Dramatic Okay, I need to ask because I’m genuinely curious… How are you guys building your apps right now? Because I’ve been using Codex and honestly… I love it. It kind of feels like I accidentally hired an AI construction crew and now they just live in my computer. 😂 I’m not saying I know how every other app-building platform works. I know people are using different tools and I’m sure some of them are amazing. But for me? Codex has been wild. It feels like Codex helped me build my company. I have five AI agents working in there like tiny digital employees, and they are smart. Like… “why are you this helpful and do you need coffee?” smart. I ask them to build, fix, organize, improve, and figure things out — and they actually do it. So now I’m over here like… Wait. Is everybody building apps like this? Or am I just late to the robot party? 😂 What are you using to create apps right now? Codex, another platform, or something totally different?

I’m using co work and a few other tools. It’s really insane the things I’m building! Right now I’m working on an interactive dashboard for my members who haven’t launched a podcast! 🥳🥳
I’ll email one community to over 750 people 👀

The “I Forgot to Promote Myself” Club
Be honest… who else joins advertising communities, scrolls around, comments on other people’s stuff, and then forgets to actually post their own offer? 😂 Me! I do that! 🤣 This is your reminder: your business cannot get discovered if you keep it hiding like it owes someone money. Today’s challenge: Drop your offer below in one simple sentence. No fancy pitch. No overthinking. Just: “I help ___ with ___.” Let’s practice making your business easy to understand. What do you sell or promote?

@Ina Tenniswood Omg gladly! So for you, you already have an audience and communities, (which is honestly one of the things podcasters don't have when they start, a community or a place to actually send people). But the piece I help with VERY specifically is turning a podcast into the place where listeners decide to actually work with you, not just leave a 5 star review and disappear. So the sky is really the limit!! Do you have a podcast or are you thinking one might be on the radar?

@Ina Tenniswood So the biggest mistake I see at the "I want to create a podcast" stage is starting with tech, the name, the cover art, all the surface stuff. The real first move is getting clear on the shape of your show. Who it's for, what it does for them, and how it ties back to your business so the podcast actually books you clients. Best free starting point for you is https://mypodcastlaunchplan.com. It's an interactive AI tool I built that walks you through the 5 most important pieces and gives you a personalized launch plan in about 10 minutes. Run through it, then come find me in DMs and I'll tell you what to do next!!!
I Hired an AI CEO—Who Else Is Building Wild Things?
So, I’m over here in VS Code, building my virtual company—complete with an AI CEO and agents! Now I’m super curious: who else here is tinkering with AI and coding up their own app or company? Whether it’s your side hustle or just chaos in code—what are you creating? Drop your coolest AI project below, and let’s hear what your “virtual team” looks like! @John Richard Lloyd-Hughes @Joe Sargent
