Including Program Q&A Call on Calendar in Free Group!?
Hi - I read a recent post where someone was suggesting that we include the Q&A calls from the paid program on the calendar in the free group with a link to schedule a discovery call. I like this idea. Just curious if anyone else is doing is? And, are you setting up the email reminders in the free group for these Q&A Calls or just having them on the calendar? Just wondering what works best?! Thank you!

@Akassh Ashok Gupta Thank you! This is super helpful! Really appreciate the detail. So, just to confirm, you are including the paid Q&A call on the calendar in the Free Group and including the link to the paid landing page. Inside of the calendar event for the paid Q&A Call inside of the FREE group, are you clicking to have email reminders for this? Or just allowing the reminder at the top of the community to serve as curiosity?
Allowing members to invite friends?
Hi - I'm in the process of launching my free Skool group and wondering about allowing members to invite their friends. I really like this idea as a great way to build the community. However, I just realized that if I show them how to add under settings, that the new people won't answer the membership questions. Is that a big deal? So, just curious what has been others experience in allowing your members to invite their friends? Thanks for your insights!! @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

@Alex Siegel thank you! Thatโ€™s a great idea! I missed the most simple and obvious option!!
Free Group Questions
1. How do automatic event reminders work and how do I set them up? I've heard about this, but wasn't sure where to find this or set it up. I looked under calendar, but perhaps I missed it. 2. Leaderboards - Can you define exactly how much people need to do to move to the next level on the leaderboard and what that looks like to attain each level? I'd like to be able to share a complete description for my tribe for how this works. Is this a set number or something that I can decide how much they need to do? Thanks @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Excellent thank you so much!
How levels scale
I'm curious how the level scaling system is calculated in regards to points required to level up? Is there a set increase at each level (eg Level 3 requires 50% more points than Level 2 to level up etc.) or is it just a set number of points at each level (eg Level 1 = 10 points, Level 2 = 30 points etc.) We're looking to add Milestone gifts once users reach certain levels so it would be great to know how many points are required to hit each level. Thanks!

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe So, do the likes work by how many people like their post? And does it count if they like other people's posts?
$40,000 Upfront and $20,000 MRR USING SKOOL AND THIS...
We have launched a FREE GROUP FUNNEL on the front end of our Paid Membership group and our results are great in our first official week of launch! We have made Over $40,000 in upfront sales and increased our MRR by $20,000 The FREE group works as our EVOLVING EMAIL list that has a dynamic engagement ability. We are playing with certain invite strategies and content flow to increase conversions to our paid membership! Here are a FEW things I have learned that have helped us Dramatically! 1. Have a CLEAR path that your members will follow. One simple thing that we did was create a Roadmap in the form of a PDF that our FREE members can download that sets the expectation and gives the overall goal which includes completing everything inside our PAID membership... This let's them know from the begging that the paid membership is where they should set their sites.. 2. Host a weekly welcome call for new members to official welcome them, give a tour of the community, re-anchor the Roadmap/expectations and showcase paid members live for testimonials. 3. Add ALL events from paid membership group to the FREE membership group, but let them know that the paid membership has things going on that they are missing out on and give them the link to join your schedule a call, depending on your flow. This allows you to create fomo as well as utilize the automatic event reminders from school to market the them what they are missing out on AUTOMATICALLY! Hope this helps... I will continue to add follow up post on our progress. Love ya, iiggie

@Iiggie Zambrano This is super stellar! Thank you for sharing!!! Any chance you'd be willing to share the pathway PDF? I'd love to see how you arranged this and how you noted the process, esp with how you position the paid program. If you can't share I totally understand. Great idea for the Weekly welcome call. Excellent idea to promote the paid weekly calls on the free group calendar. Where do you include the link for the discovery call?
