Hi day 39 For breakfast ine bread one fried egg with plum and Greek yogurt for lunch and dinner 5 table spoon rice with chicken daal and luki with lots of salad apple and half and hour walk 2L water Day 40 For breakfast 2 eggs with one bread with one table spoon seeds and apple black coffee snack Greek yogurt orange and roasted chickpeas lunch mash daal with 5 table spoon white riceand tomato for dinner 100g chicken and egg plant with 4 table spoon rice green green tea 2L water 49 mint workout cardio plus strength training and 10k steps
