Well now… I may have slipped in under the radar on this one… at 80
Midlife Women, you say? Oh honey, I’ve had several “midlives” by now—and I’m still not done. While everyone’s out here talking about visibility, engagement, and MRR, I’m over here building something I’ve been dreaming about for years. Maybe slower, maybe a little more thoughtfully—but with a whole lot of heart stitched into every piece. Let me tell you something from the long view: There is no expiration date on creating your dream space. No deadline on becoming who you were meant to be. And absolutely no rule that says you can’t start… or start again… at any age. So if you’re hesitating, wondering if it’s “too late”—I’m your gentle, slightly cheeky proof that it’s not. Go ahead. Take up space. Show your work. Build your beautiful thing. I’ll be right here… cheering you on (and probably trying to remember tomorrow what I learned today.)

What’s going on with your nervous system?
I’m just wrapping up my own week long event (last session is today ! Still time to join and watch the replay! ) It’s called the Midlife Recalibration Week. https://www.skool.com/midlife-recalibration-week-7699/about In it we explored the nervous system (in general), and why it is different in midlife. So many aha moments for people! It was not just a “consume” event, but women actually did the work! This week I’m in this fantastic summit here also talking about the nervous system - and how it is the CEO of your business! I’m currently working remotely right now, traveling in Portugal and my nervous system is doing lots of teaching to me. Slowing down, framing with the unfamiliar, juggling uncertainty. Whether you are navigating midlife, building a business, traveling, (raising kids, nourishing a relationship, managing chronic symptoms or pain, working on boundaries, getting stronger….) it all comes down to your nervous system. How are you treating your own nervous system? What is it teaching you? What state is your preferred? How do you regulate? Your nervous system carries a wealth of knowledge that you just need to tap into ! What is it telling you?

I've learned to slow down the past few months and try to work more efficiently, instead of just keeping busy. Allowing myself to take breaks, even short midday naps, and not feeling guilty about it.
Can I be honest?
Every bundle I said yes to used to turn into a whole new project. New opt-in page. New thank-you page. New ideas. New stress. And after a while I was like… I am not building anything. I’m just rebuilding the same thing over and over. That is exhausting. So now I think about bundles completely differently. I want one path. Simple. Reusable. So I can say yes to visibility without creating chaos every time. That’s what I’m sharing in my summit session and honestly it’s one of the biggest shifts I’ve made.
