Here is an affirmation that is very powerful. I have used this with great effect for years. It is best used while walking and spoken as the pace of your walk. Don't let the simplicity of this fool you. As you walk affirm\chant the following: "The glamour of youth, with all it's health. All good luck, abundant wealth" Repeat this often as you walk, and watch it manifest in your life.

We write and read much about spiritual growth. Far too little is written about spiritual protection. In another group @Yoselem Pintos wrote about the power of silent blessings.
