📖 Scripture:“The Lord disciplines those He loves.” — Proverbs 3:12 God’s correction is never harsh or shaming. It doesn’t come to crush you—it comes to care for you. Where condemnation pushes you away, God’s discipline draws you closer. Like a loving parent, He corrects not to punish,but to protect what He’s growing in you.His guidance is evidence of relationship, not rejection, even though it can be hard to understand why He's asking certain things of you. If the Lord is highlighting something in your life,it’s not because you’ve failed—it’s because He’s invested in your freedom. He wants you to have th ebest version of your life that's available, but ONLY He knows what that is. 🪞 Reflection: Where might the Lord be gently realigning your heart or perspective right now? 🙏 Practice Step: Sit quietly and ask Him,“Lord, what truth are You inviting me to see today?” ✨Then listen—not with fear, but with trust. ✨

I’d like to ask for a prayer request for a dear friend of mine. We connected last August through family at a watchman gathering. We are both married to Samoan men and have beautiful “Afakasi” babies, anyhow….we really connected over motherhood and she shared with me about her struggle with two previous consecutive miscarriages. In October she told me she was 12 weeks pregnant…she was pregnant when we met but didn’t know it yet and they were expecting a boy. I messaged her just over a week ago because I felt the Lord impress her on my heart. Today she messaged me that this morning her and her husband found out that their baby boy has gone to be with Jesus at around 30 weeks. She will be induced on Tuesday to say a final goodbye to him this side of eternity. They are in shock and have asked for prayers 💔

Scripture: “Jesus wept.” – John 11:35 This is the shortest, yet one of the most telling scriptures in the Bible for me personally, because it shows us, without any doubt, that even Jesus embraced emotion... He didn't ignore how He felt for the sake of "looking holy"...in fact there are several times in the Bible where Jesus expresses emotions like righteous anger, frustration and sadness. Having "Grit" doesn’t mean suppressing your heart — instead, grace gives us permission to both feel and heal. ❤️‍🩹♥️🙏 🪞Reflection: What emotion have you been avoiding lately in fear of looking or feeling "less Godly"? I just decided I'm going to start a "Listening Journal". I want to hear God better because I sence the world is just going to continue getting busier and louder and I want to KNOW beyond knowing, who's voice is whos!
