Skool Owner Modules Drop Next Week for VIP! โณ
I've been getting the same question a lot recently: "David, how do I actually grow my Skool?" So I've built the answer: Next week, 3 exclusive modules drop for VIP members; each one designed to solve a specific Skool problem: 1. Positioning that makes people say "this is for me" 2. Engagement systems that keep your community alive 3. Growth strategies that don't rely on luck These are the some of strategies I've used to build a Top #10 Skool community in less than 40 days. VIP members get access next week. If you've been on the fence about upgrading, they're still 30% off. ๐Ÿšจ Also, Business Builders Evolution spots are filling up! This is where I'll work with you 1 on 1 to scale your skool or saas product. If you're not sure whether it's for you, DM me to book a discovery call. Onwards! ๐Ÿš€

Lesson #6: The One Thing That Actually Makes You Happy ๐Ÿ“š
Where does true joy come from? Harvard ran a study on happiness for 100 years. They followed 724 people from adolescence through their entire lives; tracking their health, careers, relationships, and overall happiness. The conclusion? Money didn't predict happiness. Fame didn't predict happiness. Success didn't predict happiness. Relationships did. The people who were happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled weren't the richest or most successful ones. They were the ones who had deep, meaningful relationships. Not hundreds of shallow connections. Not LinkedIn networks. Real friendships. People who knew them. People who cared. This is why I built this community. This is why I encourage everyone to be present, on and off of skool. It's why I try and focus on the community just as much as the classroom. Yes, we're here to make money. Yes, we're here to scale. But at the core, we're here to build WITH people, not just around them. The wins matter. But the people you meet along the way matter more. So let me ask: How many people in this community do you actually KNOW beyond their profile? Think about it. Then DM one person you want to know better this week, or call them out here. You never know what will happen. Or tag someone in this community who's made a difference for you. Tell them why. Let them know they matter. Because at the end of the day, true joy doesn't come from the revenue. It comes from the relationships. (Click here to view a video of the study if you're interested, I thought it was very cool) I'll be spending as much time as I can today catching up on all the threads and reviewing skools

What Was Your First Job? ๐Ÿ’ผ
I love hearing people's first jobs. Usually, it's so far from where they are now. Sometimes it caused a pivot in their life. Sometimes it was the beginning of a new adventure. What was your very first job? Or first few? And here's the real question: What did your first few jobs teach you that you still use today? Mine was at Hollister folding clothes and pretending the dimly lit store wasn't making me nauseous from the cologne. After that, since I was living in Florida, I became a pool boy, which sounds way cooler than it was. Mostly just long days in the Florida heat - skimming, scrubbing, hauling chlorine buckets, and hoping I didn't get another sunburn. (yes, I can get sunburnt lol) I also worked in the actual pool supply store filling up chlorine jugs, and I bleached more pairs of shoes than I can count. Looking back, as unglamorous as they were. I learned more from those jobs than I realized at the time. For me? Mine taught me patience, and attention to detail. How to read people and adjust based on who I'm talking to. And honestly, just to show up and be my best self no matter what the job is. Those early jobs definitely boosted my EQ in ways I didn't realize until years later. Drop your first job below and what it taught you.๐Ÿ‘‡ And let's make this fun; scroll through the comments and find a few people who had the same job as you, or learned something similar, or maybe just a few interesting stories that resonates with you. ๐Ÿซ‚

@Iris Ocariza Ya its got like a spicy tang to it. They had a special Pizza Hut - I think what made it unique is they soaked the crud in oil - so probably not the best for us! Lol
