If the business lives in your head, it is not scalable yet. When every process depends on what you remember, who you remind, and what you personally follow up on, the business is fragile. Memory is not a system. A real system creates consistency even when you are tired, busy, traveling, or unavailable. Document the work. Create the checklist. Remove yourself from being the only source of truth. Save this post and share it with a woman business owner who needs to hear this.
