‼️ HIRING: n8n Automations Developer
If you are an automations developer looking to enhance your portfolio and work for a growing AI agency, this is for you. We’re looking for an Automations Developer who can build production-grade workflows. At Cosino Sueza, we build automation systems that help law firms operate more efficiently. We create clean, reliable, and scalable workflow solutions. We’re looking for someone who can build at that standard. What You’ll Do - Plan automation workflows based on client requirements - Build custom automations in n8n (core requirement) - Integrate webhooks, APIs, AI tools, and external platforms - Test, debug, and deploy production-ready workflows - Maintain existing automations and update systems when needed - Communicate with the team (and clients if needed) to clarify requirements - Ensure all workflows follow clean, scalable, organized structure Requirements - Strong experience building production-ready automations (n8n required) - Bonus: Zapier, Make.com, JavaScript, or any coding knowledge - Can work U.S. hours - Strong English communication skills Traits We Care About Most - Problem-solver with strong critical thinking - Can communicate effectively on task updates - Can work fast without compromising quality - Delivers clean, organized, documented systems Red Flags (Do NOT apply if this is you) - You build messy, disorganized, overly complex workflows - You hide delays instead of communicating them - You overpromise timelines and underdeliver - You avoid responsibility or transparency Compensation - Project-based compensation (fixed rate per client build) - Consistent projects available as we scale - Opportunities to earn more with performance If you want in, DM me “INTERESTED” and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

@Janine Cosino INTERESTED.I’ve been building clean, scalable n8n workflows for client projects — API integrations, webhooks, AI agents, and full automation systems.Would be happy to jump in and support your builds but i don't work commission based. 🔥 I’m curious about the community’s experience…
What’s the single hardest part of automation you’ve battled recently? Not the general stuff… I mean the real-world headaches like: • workflows breaking randomly • API integrations that behave differently in “test” vs “live” • messy Google Sheets data ruining a whole system • agents misunderstanding dates/times • or clients asking for things that seem simple but aren’t 😅 I’ve noticed every builder hits a different wall— and sometimes one small insight from someone else saves you hours. So I’m opening this up: What’s the automation challenge that’s been punching you in the face lately? Drop it below 👇 Maybe someone here has already solved it (or is battling it too).

@Troy P Honestly, that transition hits a lot of people. The jump from “controlled demo” to “real users saying unpredictable stuff” exposes every weak spot 😅 What part is breaking for you, latency, intent handling, or routing? I’ve had to tweak live agents a lot, so if you want, I can take a quick look and point you in the right direction. My portfolio’s here too in case it helps: https://ade201.github.io/Portfolio
We're hiring: Freelance AI Developer (Start Immediately)
We build AI products. No demos-for-investors, no endless brainstorms about the future of humanity. Just working tools that do useful things. We’re looking for a freelance developer who knows their way around: - Custom chatbots, AI agents, clones, that kind of fun - n8n,voiceflow or voiceflow workflows and automation (you don't need to love it, just be able to tame it) - Obtain knowledge in coding, Python or JavaScript(not necessary) We’re looking for someone who can pick up a task, figure things out, and build without needing a full instruction manual. To apply, just send: A short message about who you are A link to something you've built (ideally something weird or impressive, or both) We don’t need a CV. Just proof you’ve touched real code or shipped something vaguely alive. Remote. Freelance. Start: as soon as you're in. Yes, we pay. No, we won’t make you join a Slack channel called #family. You can send it either via DM or to the email address: ecomaichatbot@gmail.com

@Mattia Tessaro Hi, I’m Ade 👋 I specialize in building custom AI chatbots, automations, and smart workflows. I’ve worked with tools like n8n, Voiceflow, and Pabbly, and I also code in Python/JavaScript to extend functionality where needed. Here’s a link to my site: https://68a0cddde5f05.site123.me/?fbclid=PAQ0xDSwMXYURleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABp8sNVQjGq8PNuHQEfBSD58ksx0T0u9Gi7e3z7Q1CeoJwbjBLS63f0ruTTf65_aem_3RiV4IKxS3ES-xAMKjX5Iw. I enjoy tackling “figure-it-out” style tasks and turning them into something useful and alive. Would be happy to jump in and start right away. You can also reach me directly on WhatsApp at +1 559-887-3036 for quick coordination.
Hiring and Vetting Talent
RIP - Inbox... Hopefully this isnt a bad idea but im looking to hire some people for a few tasks, and there are a coupoe of reasons you should consider! 1.) To help automate my current bottlenecks for my businesses so I dont need to spend as many hours copying frameworks already available in GitHub and on n8n, etc. Ill pay for whatever keys I need, just not looking for a monthly retainer or crazy inflated prices, just something that will be cheaper than me taking a few nights to set these up! Examples; - YouTube script generations taking inputs from my own script writing SOPs, my own knowledge base of stories, aggregating competitor videos and running their scripts through an AI to pull the best stuff/expand on it, etc. - Content generation for realistic b-roll footage for YouTube and short form content generation (Veo 3, Kling, etc.). - Email outreach automation (recently loss 100 mailboxes but want to keep up the outreach consistency). Would be following best recommended tricks to land emails (list scraping, enrichment, pitch writing with AI based on our own templates, and handle followups like Instantly, smartleads, etc. - Email organizing (tags, sorting, etc.) and auto responses. Lots of free templates, just would rather have an expert set this up. - Programmatic content generation like what we do in Cuppa - Lots more... (Open to your other build ideas too) 2.) Vetting talented operators in automation for a bigger project I will share with you in private. This project is going to be bigger than Skool and we want talented people to be ready! 😀

@Parker Russell This is a solid list of high-impact automations. I’ve helped set up similar workflows for content creators, agencies, and outreach teams without the drag of expensive retainers. One setup we built even turned a 4-hour manual process into a 12-minute automated system. Happy to share the exact process I’d use to tackle your list. You can reach me here: https://wa.me/15598873036
Automation is a Product
Most freelancers treat automation like a task:“Set it up, send it to the client, done.” But the moment I started treating it like a product — everything changed. I gave each automation flow a name.Wrote a short intro that explained the problem it solved.Added a 30-second demo video.Put a big CTA: “Use this for your client onboarding.” Suddenly… it clicked for people. They understood faster. They were more confident to use it.And more willing to pay. Because when you package something well, it looks valuable — even if the logic inside is simple. You’re not just building workflows. You’re creating tools.Show them like real products.
