Hands-On Workshop Idea (Poll)
Hey folks! 👋 Please read this and respond to the poll below... Over the last two weeks, our coaching group has been going super deep on offers and messaging. We've done 4 live calls and most folks are getting great progress on nailing down their core audiences and messaging... 🎯 In case you're not aware — your offer is literally 99% of your success. Getting clear on the one problem your product or program solves for a specific audience is critical. Without this you can spend eternity making content, ads or posting on social and... crickets! 🦗 Don't take this from me — you won't find a single business doing consistent sales without a clear offer. This brings me to the cool part! 🔥 If there's enough interest, I am considering doing a live hands-on workshop next week to help you map out your messaging and offer. This would be a 60-90 minute Zoom session where I would help you complete a simple "offer builder" worksheet so you can launch with confidence. ✅ I also created a new AI tool to help you define your audience and messaging. 🤖 The coaching group has found this to be extremely helpful and I would be willing to share this tool with attendees of the workshop as well (see cool feedback from our client Leah below)... How do you differentiate between your access groups in your community (free vs. paid): What do you call them? What types of assets are you granting your free members? Do you host live calls for free members? If so, how frequently? What's been your most effective methods of getting free members to paid memberships and your group or high ticket offer? Are you also selling one-off products/courses/workshops/events? I can't wait to hear how you all have structuring your success!

@Dinneen Viggiano - great questions 1) Using built-in Skool names (free, premium etc) make sense for multiple reasons...no need to change what's working 2) Important: for free members you should do an amazing job solving the first step of your larger product or program. Many folks make the mistake of launching competing levels or products (having your complete course free or low priced and then coaching as the upsell). If you focus on SERVING and client results, you'll have better customers who stay longer. 3) For free members, host live sessions to deliver small parts of your paid program and the CTA is your paid offer. As often as you can. Your free group is a traffic channel - so if you create something cool to deliver to paid members, you can deliver to email/youtube and other social/low cost ads/free group. 4) See above - you need to pull out "one hot step" of your larger program and package as a lead magnet (free) or customer magnet (low ticket paid). You can even run live webinars for highest conversions. 5) selling one-offs works for many but I believe if you focus on customer outcomes (RESULTS), your lifestyle and income would be better if you use the strategy outlined above (one free/low ticket offer that solves one small but important problem and leads to your core paid offer)...

What I Learned from Being in GrowthWorks
Someone asked if I use the AI software that comes with the program, and I want to answer publicly: The software won’t help if you don’t apply the principles. Here’s what I’ve learned from Aaron and GrowthWorks that changed everything for me (and this is the short list honestly lol) : 1️⃣ Have a clear step-by-step process. It keeps both you and your audience’s nervous system calm. 2️⃣ Make each step congruent and connected. Meaning, If they skip this, they can’t get that. Clarity sells. 3️⃣ Define the tangible shift. “Feeling better” isn’t enough—what are they doing differently now? 4️⃣ Always add “so that you can…” It turns vague goals into clear outcomes. 5️⃣ Treat sales calls like interviews. You’re not chasing a sale—you’re selecting someone who’s already primed for results. As a full-time metaphysician mentoring mystical entrepreneurs, I’ve realized we need this structure the most. We need structure; measurements, & tangible results more than any other niche in my opinion. Your clients feel better, great. But feel better to do what? Because transformation has evidence of change. So That’s what I learned from GrowthWorks: clarity of sequence & clarity of results. The software won’t help you much if you’re not clear on this. No software will.
